All our Cottages and Apartments are 4 Star Rated by the English Tourist Board and may be let singly or together for larger groups. All have double glazing, and full under floor central heating and are equipped to a very high standard.

Facilities in all cottages - Electric oven and hob, Microwave Oven, Fridge, Toaster Colour T.V. Video, CD/radio,,Cot and highchair. Baby steralising equipment.
Services - All fuel, power, is included in the rental. Full under floor central heating, Laundry room Bed linen and towels provided, Wheelchair friendly. Ample parking space. Seating in the courtyard and BBQ. Free Bike hire available. Our laundry room has 2 automatic washers, a drier, and a sink unit with drainer. There is an ironing board and iron. There is a small charge for use of our laundry facilities.
Welcome Pack of basic groceries is available for a small charge. Typically this could include bread, eggs, bacon, milk, cheese, tea, coffee and sugar. Vegetarian or other requirements can be arranged with your booking, or anytime prior to your arrival.
Our wheelchair friendly apartments have widened doorways, and lowered Kitchen units, and all rooms are on the ground floor.
Please note that in the interests of all visitors, we operate a non smoking policy in our cottages and apartments. No Pets please, as this is a working farm.
